A new, revised and redesigned version of my work about “Bahlsen”. I take a look at the long history of Bahlsen, one of the first German cake factories, with a special focus on the epoch from the company’s foundation in 1889 until the breakout of World War II and the early advertisement and corporate design during this episode.

For the opening pages of each chapter, I took close-up photos of different Bahlsen products. The infographics in the book are also made of real “Leibniz” cookies!
